Above all, Shrewsbury Volkswagen is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, clients and our community. Here at Shrewsbury Volkswagen we take your health and safety as our number one priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 Virus. As we navigate through this extremely fluid situation, we will follow guidance from the CDC, and we will focus on what we can control to provide you the best service possible.

We want to assure our sale and service customers and employees, that we are closely monitoring all recommendations made by the CDC, as these are updated daily. Below are some adjustments we have made::

1.     For our valued sales customers and those shopping online, our sales staff will assist in any way to ensure a safe and easy sales experience. Our sales team members are prepared to work with you on any finance needs and value your trade-in at your home or office.

2.    We have also asked our employees to follow the guidelines of “social distancing’, in addition we asked them to refrain from handshakes and fist bumps. Additionally, our facility, door handles, points of exit/entry are all being cleaned multiple times throughout the day. We have also set up a sanitizing station for our customers as they enter the building.

3.    Also as a convenience to our service customers we will pick up and drop off your vehicle at your home or office. Your vehicle will be cleaned and disinfected before we service it and again before it is dropped back to you. You can schedule this pickup/drop off service right on our website..
