We've got your back.

As a new Volkswagen owner, you get a vehicle that's stylish, comfortable and fun to drive. But you also get peace of mind.

See, unlike most cars, yours comes standard with a program designed to help take the worry out of owning. We call it the Carefree Maintenance Program, and for all new models, all of your regularly scheduled maintenance activities during the first 3 years or 36,000 miles* will be provided at no charge by your authorized Volkswagen dealer.

To know your VW is to love it.

Your new Volkswagen has a lot of great features, but sometimes it takes a little while to get to know them all. Not exactly sure how something works? Wondering if that beep you keep hearing is a good thing or not?

No worries. Just bring in your vehicle for your Courtesy Vehicle Check during the first 90 days or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first, and we'll be happy to walk you through any of your vehicle's features that you need help with and answer any of your questions.

See you farther on down the road.

Of course you're always welcome to visit. But another benefit of owning a Volkswagen is that the maintenance intervals are fewer and farther between than most cars. With the exception of the Routan, all VW vehicles use synthetic oil — allowing you to go farther between oil changes. Kiss the days of 5K miles between oil changes goodbye. And while it's unfortunate that we don't get to see each other as often as we'd like, the good news is that you'll save money and have more time to do the things you really want to do. Like driving.

*The Volkswagen Carefree Maintenance Program covers the vehicle's scheduled maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, on all new 2009 or newer models. Coverage is during the term of the new vehicle warranty at no additional charge. Some limitations apply. The Touareg 2 TDI program covers the vehicle's 5k, 15k, 25k, and 35k AdBlue refills. The Routan Program covers 6k, 12k, 18k, 24k, 30k, and 36k scheduled maintenance. Does not include routine wear and tear on parts such as brakes, tires, wiper blades, light bulbs, etc. See dealer or vehicle maintenance program booklet for details.
